This is the worst insurance I have ever had!!! Their customer service is completely incompetent, the 30 days later reimbursement is ALWAYS late, leaving one to have to cover medical bills upfront. Any call to the dis-service center finds snotty rude people who want to fight, not solve the problem at hand (like sending a check to the hotel address one is staying at in a foreign country.)
Before one sees a Dr. they must explain to one of those snotty customer service people their symptoms so that they can decide if one needs a Dr or not. Even ones private OB/GYN info is discussed in a casual manner, as if talking about the weather.
They request that one put all their essential information on open email line (again, from the hotel) to include bank info.
Their app NEVER works! So, one is stuck in a foreign country, with no way to file a claim- I was sent an electronic PDF, where I was unable to print, or fax being that we were in a hotel.
This has been a nightmare! I dont know who is giving these guys good ratings, but there is nothing worse than being stuck in a foreign country with a medical emergency or problem, bills piling up and dealing with a bunch of smug incompetent people who do not know what they are doing!
